phbest Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the phbest website (phbest.co), mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services and game content operated by phbest.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the phbest platform by a Player who has completed the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that have not been allocated to a bonus and are freely withdrawable subject to verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by phbest that are subject to wagering requirements prior to conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any single gaming transaction placed by a Player using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on any game offered by phbest.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process phbest conducts using government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the phbest platform is restricted by law or phbest policy.

By accessing the phbest platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and accept them as binding. Your continued use of phbest following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the phbest Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an active account on phbest, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the phbest platform through self-exclusion or administrative suspension.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close associate of phbest or any of its affiliated entities.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phbest. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phbest login credentials, including your registered email address, mobile number, and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

phbest will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from phbest that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must notify phbest immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• phbest shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed by any person who gains access through your credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact information current and notify phbest of any changes to your mobile number or email address.

All transactions on phbest are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phbest does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, banks) may impose their own transaction charges, for which phbest accepts no responsibility.

phbest offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance converts to Real Money Balance. For example, a 10× rollover on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱10,000 in total wagers.

• phbest reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, due to a technical malfunction, or at odds that were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.
• In the event of a game interruption or disconnection, phbest's server records shall serve as the authoritative record of game outcomes.
• Bets may not be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except where phbest determines in its sole discretion that an error has occurred.

• Live sabong wagers are subject to the specific rules of the certified cockpit hosting the event and are final once the match outcome is determined.

phbest is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The minimum age to register or play on phbest is 21 years, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. phbest employs age verification processes and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm a Player's date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposited funds returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phbest platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to create an account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any form of scripting to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate platform behavior.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, bingo, or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder funds through the phbest platform by exploiting deposit and withdrawal mechanisms.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals after withdrawing winnings or consuming bonuses.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Impersonating phbest staff, other players, or any third party in communications on or related to the platform.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.

All content on the phbest platform — including but not limited to the phbest brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of phbest or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the phbest platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phbest content without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbest shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phbest platform, including losses arising from:

• Game outcomes, including losses resulting from wagers placed on the platform.
• Temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond phbest's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in game software that have been promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on non-binding promotional communications or informational content on the phbest website.

phbest's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phbest account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbest collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the phbest Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phbest processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Data collected during registration and KYC procedures is used exclusively for account management, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention — not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

phbest reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments — those that affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered account address and through a notification displayed upon next login, with at least 14 days' prior notice before taking effect.

Non-material amendments (e.g., clarifications, typographical corrections, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication to phbest.co/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page is updated with each revision.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of phbest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and phbest, you agree to first contact phbest's customer support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. phbest will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and use reasonable efforts to resolve it within 14 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, you and phbest agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
